Waste and waste separation

Please dispose of waste in the waste garbage cans provided (yellow: plastic, green: paper and brown: residual waste) in the corridors, these are emptied daily. On departure you can leave the garbage in the apartment, we will dispose of it for you during the final cleaning.

Check-Out

Depart comfortably until 11 am. When leaving the apartment, please close the door behind you and put the room key in the return box at the reception door. Please understand that we have to charge a lump sum of 100,- EUR if you lose your room key.
Please check out online using the digital guest system. You will then automatically receive your invoice.

A later departure is possible by prior arrangement until 12 noon. Please contact our reception for this. In the event of an earlier departure, we would be pleased to receive a message the day before departure so that our housekeeping can be optimally deployed.

Bicycle storage Bicycles can be safely stored in the designated areas. Please speak to our staff at reception. We ask for your understanding that we assume no liability.
Feedback We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately so that we can change it during your stay. Guest satisfaction is our top priority.
Luggage Depot Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? Give us a call before you arrive or visit us at reception during your stay. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.
House rules We ask you to observe the night's rest between 10 pm and 6 am. The apartments, their furnishings and other property are not to be damaged. We would like to point out that any damage caused will be charged.
Pets Pets are very welcome. We charge a flat rate of 15,- EUR per night per pet for the additional cleaning costs. Please register your pet with us before your arrival.
Infants We are happy to provide you with a baby crib and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before your arrival or contact our reception during your stay.
Defects in the apartment Has something broken in the apartment? Please contact our reception immediately - phone +49 761 600 466 40 or send an e-mail to office@parkside-appartements.de . We will find a solution together.
Public transportation On the homepage of rvf.de (Regio-Verkehrsverbund Freiburg) you will find electronic timetable information.
PARKING We will be happy to reserve a parking space for you in our garage for the duration of your stay. Cars with a height of 1.80 m, a length of 5 m and a weight of 2.3 tons can be parked in our modern duplex garage.
Please note that there is an additional charge of 15 € / day / car. The costs incurred can be paid conveniently at reception on your arrival As our parking spaces are limited, we ask you to make a reservation. Alternatively, there are other public parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity.
Smoking All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We reserve the right to charge for damage to inventory in the form of burn marks at replacement value. The additional cost of special cleaning will be charged at 300 EUR.
Invoice Do you need an invoice for your stay? Please contact our reception team, preferably by e-mail to office@parkside-appartements.de . We will issue an invoice immediately and send it to you by e-mail.
Cleaning The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen, which will be handed over clean and complete. We kindly ask you to put the dishes, cutlery and pots back into the cupboards only when they are clean.

It is not desirable to shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning service on request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing towels, disposing of garbage, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, as well as a small clean of the bathroom and kitchen. We offer additional intermediate cleaning at intervals as required for EUR 25 per cleaning. Please contact reception for this.

On departure we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will be charged at cost, but at least EUR 25. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of departure.
Sofabed Many apartments have a sofa bed for additional persons. Bed linen and towels can be found in the closet. If you have any questions about its use, please contact us.

Our services The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.
Fans & fan heaters A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need more, please contact our reception.

Is it too cold for you? Please contact our service staff. We will be happy to put a fan heater in your apartment.
Washing Machine Our apartments have a washing machine. Detergent is provided free of charge.
