We charge 15 € per night and person for additional guests.

With us, you get the benefits of a fully equipped holiday apartment along with all the comforts of a hotel: your own kitchen, more space and privacy, plus a reception and services just like in a hotel. That way you combine flexibility with first-class service - ideal for both short and longer stays.

Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on your chosen rate, you can make changes and cancellations yourself. To do so, click the “Detailed booking information” link at the end of the booking confirmation email you receive straight after booking. On the page that follows, enter the email address and surname used for the booking. You can then view, change or cancel your booking.

Depending on the rate, up to two date changes are free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that if you booked through a platform such as Booking.com, the terms stated there apply.

Arrival is possible between 16:00 and 21:00. During this time, our reception team is on hand for any questions about the building, as well as tips and recommendations for Herbolzheim. All the relevant arrival details are sent to you automatically with your booking confirmation. Please complete the pre-check-in in our guest system before you arrive.

A late arrival can be arranged in advance. A key box lets you collect your apartment key after 21:00. Please contact our reception to arrange this, by phone +49 761 600 466 40 or by email at: office@parkside-appartements.de .

Departure is conveniently possible by 11:00. When you leave the apartment, please close the door behind you and hand your apartment key in at reception. Alternatively, drop it in the check-out box, located to the left of the main entrance on the outside of the building.

A later departure can be arranged in advance, up to 12:00. Please contact our reception for this. Should you need to leave earlier than planned, we’d appreciate a message the day before departure so our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a complimentary interim cleaning on request. This includes cleaning the floors, replacing towels, removing rubbish, refilling toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a light clean of the bathroom and kitchen.

An additional interim cleaning at an interval of your choice is available for 25 € per cleaning. Please arrange this with reception.

On departure, we ask guests to leave the apartment swept clean with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to effort involved, with a minimum charge of 25 €. As a security deposit, we reserve the right to take a record of your credit card or passport details. This data is irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

When you book directly through our website, you secure the best price with no commission mark-ups, benefit from flexible cancellation terms, and are in direct contact with us - without going through a booking platform.

Longer stays come with attractive special rates. From a stay of 30 nights, simply enter the discount code LONGSTAY when booking through our website and receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

By car:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take exit 58 and keep right onto the L111 towards Herbolzheim/Kenzingen/Rheinhausen/Weisweil. At the traffic lights, turn left, and go straight on at the next two roundabouts. After around 2.5 km, turn right into Hauptstraße. You’ll find us on the left-hand side after around 600 m.

By public transport:
If you’d like to travel by public transport, take the RB26 from Freiburg or Offenburg to Herbolzheim station, then bus route 294 and get off at Rathaus. The bus stop is around 20 m from us.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your departure day. An invoice will be sent automatically to your registered email address on the day of departure. You’ll receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival.

Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? Call us before you arrive, or drop by reception during your stay. We’re happy to store your luggage in our boot room before arrival or after departure. Liability is excluded, so please don’t leave any valuables in your luggage.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, laundry detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Just let us know if you need a top-up or anything else. A final clean is also included in the price.

We’re happy to reserve a parking space for you in our garage for the duration of your stay. Our modern duplex garage can accommodate cars up to 1.80 m in height, 5 m in length and 2.3 t in weight.

Please note that this incurs an additional cost of 15 € per day per car. You can conveniently settle this cost at reception on arrival.

As our parking spaces are limited, we recommend reserving in advance. Alternatively, further public parking is available close by.

Bookings through our website can conveniently be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

Pets are very welcome. To cover the additional cleaning involved, we charge a flat fee of 15 € per night and pet. Please let us know about your pet before you arrive.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please understand that we will charge 300 € should this be disregarded.

Many apartments include a sofa bed for additional guests. If you’ve booked the apartment for more people and are using the sofa bed, you’ll find the bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please get in touch if you have any questions about using it.

Our apartments include a washing machine with laundry detergent.

We’re happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these before you arrive, or ask our reception during your stay.
