Booking, Changes & Cancellations
Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.
Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.
Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.
Discount for Longer Stays
For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code Longstay when booking through our website to receive a 20% discount on the booking price.
Payment Information
Bookings made through our website can be conveniently paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

The driveway:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take exit 58 and keep right on L111 Herbolzheim/Kenzingen/Rheinhausen/Weisweil. At the traffic light, turn left and drive straight at the next two roundabouts. After about 2.5 km, turn right into the main road. You will find us after about 600m on the left.
Access by public:
If you want to arrive by public transport, take the bus line 294 from Freiburg or Offenburg by RB26 to the train station in Herbolzheim and then get off at the town hall. The bus stop is about 20 m away from us.
checkin
You can arrive between 4 pm and 9 pm. Our reception staff are available to answer any questions you may have about our house, and can also provide tips and recommendations about Herbolzheim. You will receive all relevant arrival details with your booking confirmation. Please complete the pre-check-in process in our guest system before arrival.

Late arrival is possible upon prior consultation. You will get your apartment key after 21:00 via a key box. Please contact our reception. Telephone +49 761 600 466 40 or by e-mail to office@parkside-appartements.de .
check-out
Enjoy a comfortable journey until 11 a.m. When you leave the apartment, simply close the door behind you and leave the apartment key at reception. Alternatively, put it in the check-out box. This is located to the left of the main entrance outside.
Late departure is possible after prior consultation until 12 o’clock. Please contact reception. If you need to leave earlier, we would be grateful if you could let us know the day before, so that our housekeeping team can plan accordingly.
Luggage storage
Would you like to explore the area without having to worry about your luggage? Call us before you arrive, or visit us at reception during your stay. We are happy to store your luggage in our luggage room before or after your stay. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.

All apartments come with complimentary Wi-Fi.
children
We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or contact reception during your stay.
parking
We are happy to reserve a parking space in our garage for you during your stay. Our modern duplex garage can accommodate cars up to 1.8 m high, 5 m long and 2.3 t in weight.
Please note that an additional charge of €15 per day per car applies for this service. You can pay these costs when you arrive at reception.
As our spaces are limited, we require advance reservation. Alternatively, there are other public spaces available in the immediate vicinity.
smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please note that we will charge EUR 300 if this rule is broken.
invoice
Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.
cleaning
For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.
Additional intermediate cleanings are available at 25 EUR per cleaning. Please register at reception.
Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy, with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.
sofa bed
Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using them.
our services
The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Our apartments have a washing machine including detergent.
additional persons
For additional persons we charge 15,- EUR per night and person.
